This course is for people who want to make sourdough bread in a way that fits with your everyday, busy life. While we cover the science and technicalities of sourdough, at the heart of our course is simple, delicious bread you can make when you need it.
Maybe you have always wanted to try your hand at sourdough bread baking, but didn’t know where to start? Or maybe you tried it, but your starter went off or your bread resembled something more like a brick?
This online course is for you. Over the course of 3 lessons, we will cover the basics of sourdough bread baking, and importantly, how to get it to work with a busy life, because the best bread is the one that you actually make.
The first two lessons will be based on my go-to sourdough recipe, we will spend time honing this basic recipe, before we go on to some tips and recipes for using sourdough in other recipes and making a bread recipe of your own.
This course is very much grounded in how to make sourdough work with your busy life - from troubleshooting your starter, giving you tips for maintaining a starter on a schedule that suits you and using your starter when you don’t want to make bread.
